- HOURS: Swimming pool hours are 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily, except Mondays, beginning Memorial Day and closing Labor Day. The pool may be closed at the discretion of the Club during inclement weather.
- USE PRIVILEGE: All membership categories, with the exception of dining and junior non-parental members are permitted use of the pool.
- OPERATION: The Club has complete authority in the swimming pool area. However, if a member has questions regarding the pool, the member should feel free to discuss the question with the House Chairman.
- REGISTRATION: All persons entering the pool area must sign the registration book placed at the entrance. A complete attendance record is required by the State Board of Health. This registration requirement applies to members as well as guests.
- GUEST POLICY:
- Definitions: A guest must be a non-member.
- The member is responsible for properly registering themselves and each of their guests in the daily attendance log located in the swimming pool area.
- Guest charge will be $5.00 per person billed to your member account.
6. SWIMMING POOL ATTIRE:
- To avoid unpleasant circumstances and embarrassing situations, swimmers and sunbathers must wear regulation swimsuits. No cutoffs, gym shorts or thongs are permitted.
- Individuals in bathing attire are not permitted in the Clubhouse or outside of the pool areas without proper cover-ups.
- All bathers must shower before entering the swimming pool. Excessive suntan oil and long hair clog the filter system. Please keep both under control.
- Breakable containers of any kind, including containers for oil and lotions, are prohibited in the pool area. Styrofoam or plastic plates and glasses will only be served to the pool by employees.
- Golf shoes are not permitted in the pool area.
- Eyeglasses with breakable glass lenses may not be worn when swimming.
- Bath towels from the Club locker rooms are not to be carried in the pool area or taken from the locker room at any time.
- There is no lifeguard on duty. Parents, guardians, and adult representatives are responsible for children using the pool.
- Consumption of food and beverages is limited to the designated areas immediately adjacent to the pool. No food or beverage is to be brought into the pool area from the outside.
- The swimming pool, like other facilities at Nemacolin Country Club is for the pleasure of the members and their guests. The Club is an extension of your home, and each member should act accordingly. No water guns. Soakers, large rafts, or inner tubes will be permitted.
- No smoking permitted in the pool or locker room areas.
